This guide is intended for participants in the conference to be held at Ryoshinkan, Imadegawa Campus, Doshisha University, on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Requests to Participants

On the day of the conference, please complete registration at the reception desk before proceeding to each session venue. When moving between rooms, please follow the signs posted in the building and the guidance of the organizing committee and student staff.

Presenters are requested to enter their session room before the session begins and confirm PC connection arrangements and whether any handouts will be distributed.

Items to Check Inside the Venue

  • At the entrance to each room, the session title, time slot, and presenter information are scheduled to be posted.
  • Please check the posted notices and distributed materials on the day of the conference for the locations of lounges, the reception desk, and the conference headquarters.
  • Elevators may be crowded immediately before sessions begin, so please allow sufficient time when moving between rooms.

Lunch Information

Lunch on Saturday, June 20

The Co-op cafeteria on the basement floor of Ryoshinkan will be available.

On Saturday, participants may use the Co-op cafeteria located on the basement floor of Ryoshinkan. It is expected to be crowded during the lunch break, so please allow sufficient time.

The cafeteria’s opening hours and menu offerings may vary depending on operational conditions on the day, so please also check notices posted on site.

Lunch on Sunday, June 21

Please use restaurants located west of the Karasuma-Imadegawa intersection.

On Sunday, participants should not assume that the Co-op cafeteria on the basement floor of Ryoshinkan will be available. Please use nearby restaurants located to the west of the Karasuma-Imadegawa intersection.

Nearby restaurants may be crowded during the lunch break, so early departure from the venue is recommended.

ANearest Station

Ryoshinkan on the Imadegawa Campus of Doshisha University is conveniently accessible from Imadegawa Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line.

Directional signs are scheduled to be posted inside Ryoshinkan on the day of the conference. Please confirm the reception desk location before proceeding to each venue.

BMoving around the Building

Ryoshinkan has classrooms located on multiple floors. Stairs and elevators may become crowded when participants move between sessions.

If you are bringing large luggage, it is advisable to allow extra time for movement within the building.

For Presenters

Please enter the room before your presentation begins and confirm the PC connection, projector display, microphone use, and whether any handouts will be distributed.

For Session Chairs

Please pay careful attention to time management during your session. If any questions arise regarding session proceedings, please consult the staff assigned to the room or the organizing committee.

If you feel unwell, lose an item, or encounter any problem with classroom equipment, please contact the conference reception desk or the conference headquarters in RY305.

Emergency contact information and the location of the conference headquarters will be provided at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
